ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource Whenever you have competing DML running against the same data, you run the risk of a deadlock. If your ORA-00060 is caused by competing resources, (Task B) attempts to lock a row which is being held by another task (Task A), which, in-turn, is waiting for task B to release a lock.  To prevent a perpetual wait, Oracle aborts the transaction that caused the deadlock. What in situations are happening deadlocks in ORACLE database?CASE ONE The most trivial, when we use concurrent DML statements, for example: Error: In

ORA-04091 mutating trigger/function may not see it I think this is not a rare error in development. Basicly this error can occur when using triggers, or stored functions.Let's see an example by TRIGGER: create or replace trigger TRI_UGYFEL_exmp after insert on UGYFEL for each row declare vv varchar2(128); begin select description into vv from ugyfel where id = :new.id; end; / and the next command: insert into ugyfel (id, description, modify_dt, modify_uid, illetoseg, mobil_lock_state,web_lock_state,web_sms_service,cc_lock_state,

In this article, we will review the functionality of "AlwaysOn Availability Group" with Automatic failover. If we plan a failover system with Microsoft SQL Server, we have to choose between transaction latency and data integrity. Each highly availability system for clients of a bank should not be allow the data loss. Therefore we will chose the Asynchronous-commit mode and Automatic failover set.  In this example we focus on Fat Client side, so we make an application in PowerBuilder IDE and an another in C#. We can connect to DNS name of Availability Group, or directly to

If I were to put the process of developing an application into a few major points from the perspective of UI design we would get the following: A well known problem during the development of web or mobile applications is the inaccurate implementation of the existing design plans. Assuming that the development, those not run into any technical difficulties, the appearance of the final UI can still differ from the planned UI. The main reason for this, is the partial or total lack of communication between the developer and the designer.ions specified in the plans. Saying that " ... this looks
